HOA Information

The Foxberry Estates Homeowners’ Association is run by the neighborhood volunteers and is administered by FirstService Residential.

Fees:

  • Annual HOA Dues are $630
  • A  transfer fee is $250 to FirstService Residential for resale and new construction and will be handled through the title company at the time of closing.
  • A processing fee to FirstService Residential is $175 for all homeowners selling their homes.
